Hello all and welcome to my site!

I am a mechanical engineer with a passion for travel and the great outdoors! As an avid hiker, trail-runner, and offroad enthusiast; it brings me great joy to document my adventures through photography and my blog. A long-time consumer of publications like National Geographic and Overland Magazine, I am driven by the excitement of exploration.

 

For this reason, the majority of my photographic work centers around my love of wildlife, travel, and landscape photography. Whereas, my blog seeks to add depth to those images by detailing the adventures, experiences, and emotions behind a particular photograph.

My passion for the outdoors blossomed as a young boy growing up along the Southwestern Connecticut coastline and was accelerated upon moving to the great state of North Carolina in my mid-20's. To date my travels have taken me to states like Colorado, California, Oregon, Arizona, Wyoming, Georgia, Tennessee, and all-over my home state of North Carolina.
